Deposits are non-refundable but can be applied to a different bird. The deposit is half the price of the bird.  If you place a deposit and then choose a more expensive bird, you must send the balance of the deposit for the more expensive bird to hold it. 

The balance for your bird and shipping costs must be paid before shipping is scheduled or before pickup.

Royal Wings Aviary takes pride in healthy birds. You are welcome to visit a licensed avian veterinarian within 3 days of receiving your bird.

Any problems incurred during shipping need to be reported immediately to the airline and to Royal Wings Aviary.

We have no control over what happens to our birds once they leave us. Birds are guaranteed for one week from receipt in the form of replacement or credit toward another bird. Royal Wings Aviary does not cover shipping to replace a bird.

If there is a mishap in shipping, the bird will be replaced or a credit given toward another bird. Royal Wings Aviary is not responsible for shipping costs; a claim will be submitted to the airline.
