Pam was excellent in responding to our requests and everything was handled in a timely manner. My two new lovebirds were shipped to us in mid-winter to CA and arrived in excellent condition – even though it was cold weather. They are beautiful, healthy, happy, and well-adjusted. We have nothing but good to say about Royal Wings Aviary!
